A rented bag is yours to enjoy while it is with you, and a little everyday care keeps it looking its best. None of this is complicated, and normal wear is already covered by your membership.
Everyday handling
Keep the bag off the floor and avoid overfilling it, which stretches the leather. Light-coloured leather can pick up colour transfer from dark denim or a newspaper, so give it a little room on a lap or a table. Keep pens capped and make-up closed inside.
Storage between wears
Store the bag upright in its dust bag, out of direct sun, with a little padding inside to hold its shape. Leather likes a stable, dry spot rather than a hot car or a damp cupboard.
What is covered, and what to do
Everyday wear is included in your membership. Your refundable deposit covers professional cleaning and minor repairs, and this is usually enough on its own. If something happens, let us know and we will arrange collection.
