Original paperwork first
Where we can, a bag comes from its first owner with its original paperwork, such as the receipt or brand certificate. We also work with resellers we have checked. They send authentication paperwork with each bag.

Entrupy, when the paperwork is missing
When a bag has lost its paperwork, we check it with Entrupy, an independent authentication service. Entrupy compares magnified photos of the bag with its records of authentic bags. For a bag we check with Entrupy, an Entrupy certificate is available on request.

Checked before every delivery
Before a bag goes out, we inspect it and photograph its condition.
